PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) AND THE PRIVACY CODE (LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003, UPDATED BY LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 101 OF 10 AUGUST 2018)
I - PRIVACY NOTICE
This section contains information regarding the management methods of the WeekTable software, with particular reference to the processing of personal data of data subjects who use the services managed through this application.
This notice is provided to those who interact with WeekTable in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Privacy Code pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, as updated following the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 101 of 10 August 2018.
This information is provided only for WeekTable and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein, and can be accessed at the address corresponding to the home page: https://weektable.com
This information may be subject to changes due to the introduction of new regulations in this regard, which is why the user is invited to periodically check this page.
If the user is under the age of 14, pursuant to art. 2-quinquies of Legislative Decree 196/2003, in implementation of art. 8 par. 1 GDPR, the processing of your data will be lawful only if and to the extent that consent to the processing is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility or by the person acting on their behalf.

The Data Controller identifies the purposes of the processing, as well as the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data. It also manages security aspects. - Data Protection Officer

Like all websites, this site also uses log files to store information collected automatically during user visits. The following information may be collected:
Internet Protocol (IP) address;

Name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);

Visitor's referral web page and exit page;

The processing is aimed at managing the service on an individual basis. - Location of the data
The data processing generated by the use of WeekTable takes place at the sole proprietorship Cblu.net di Paolo Certo, with registered office at Via Piero della Francesca no. 31/A, 09032 - Assemini (CA).
If necessary, data related to the service may be processed by the Data Controller or persons appointed by the Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of art. 28 par. 2 GDPR. - Data Retention
The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities, and in any case no longer than 5 years, unless necessary to comply with requests from judicial authorities or to exercise legal rights in court.
The data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose. - Categories of Recipients
The processing is carried out by authorized persons, trained and committed to confidentiality, as well as those responsible for the related activities in relation to the initial and subsequent purposes.

The provision of billing data is mandatory, and refusal to provide it will prevent you from using the WeekTable software services.
As indicated above, the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The data provided will not be used for profiling purposes.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the site pages dedicated to particular services upon request. - Communication and dissemination
Except as provided for by applicable laws or regulations, personal data will not be disseminated or communicated to third parties - unless there is a legitimate request by judicial authorities and only in the cases provided for by law - nor will it be transferred to countries outside the outside the European Union.
III - RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Interested parties may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR and in particular the right to access your personal data, to request rectification or limitation, updating if incomplete or erroneous, and erasure if the conditions are met, as well as to object to their processing.
These rights may be exercised by sending a request to the Data Controller, i.e. the relevant Municipality, at the contact details indicated at the end of this document.

IV - DATA SECURITY PROVIDED
